|How do I create an account?
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is shipping?
|Please click our shipping link to view our shipping prices.|
|I forgot my password.
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top center of our site. Under the log in box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. If you still have trouble logging in, please email us. Many times the email our system will send you with a new password ends up in spam, so please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within a few minutes.|
|How do I return my product?

|I received the wrong product.
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will be happy to go over your order with you. Let us know what the tags say, and if there is a box, the info on the box. Also, our website return link has info about sending a product back that was sent in error.|

|When will my order ship?
|Please see our shipping link at the top of each page of our website for info on the time frames on ground versus express delivery. When you ordered, you chose the time frame you needed for your items. Your ground order can process for up to two weeks. Express orders placed before 10 AM M-F leave the same day.
