|Do I have to pay sales tax?
|No, you do not. Our office is in Oregon- there is no tax here!

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
|I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

|When will my credit appear on my account?
|If we are refunding your credit card for an out of stock item, normally credits show 1-2 billing cycles from the day we put the credit through.
|When will my credit card be charged?
|Your credit card will be "authorized' when you order, the moment order is submitted. When we process your order, we will "capture" the charge. If we are aware of an out of stock item, we will alter the charge to the new total minus the out of stock item. Should an item be unable to ship at the time of shipment, we will simply credit your card back, or give you the option to choose another item.
